Liam Payne‘s deadly fall was witnessed by a resort visitor who was on the CasaSur Palermo in Buenos Aires for his wedding ceremony, and he’s haunted by what he noticed.
Bret Watson was in a room on the primary flooring of the resort along with his wedding ceremony planner, and as they seemed out the window they noticed Liam in free fall. Bret seems in our new documentary, “TMZ Presents: Liam Payne: Who’s to Blame?” airing on FOX tonight at 8 PM ET and streaming on Hulu starting Tuesday.

Bret’s account is vastly completely different from Liam’s good pal Roger Nores, whom prosecutors need to cost with abandonment. Nores insists when he left Liam the ultimate time an hour earlier than the autumn, the singer was in good spirits and solely a bit tipsy.
In line with official paperwork obtained by TMZ, the timeline reveals Liam was on the hunt for cocaine early within the day … even texting Nores he wanted 6 grams.

Braian Paiz, a waiter whom prosecutors need to cost with supplying medicine to Liam, tells us he visited Liam twice throughout his keep, every time ingesting whisky and doing cocaine, which Paiz equipped. He insists Liam didn’t pay him for the medicine.
