Big Brother 27: Could Morgan Save Vince Or Not? – While Keanu Tries to Pull a Veto Trick

We anticipated that at some point today in the Big Brother 27 house, there was going to be some absolutely bonkers discussion. After all, ever since Morgan won the Veto, it was clear that Keanu was going to have a conversation about her using the Veto on Vince.

Now, said conversation has happened, and it is rather difficult to gauge just what is running through Morgan’s mind. She started by saying that she 100% planned to save herself, and yet, Vince and Keanu have both tried to will her into changing her mind. Vince is also acting like he didn’t plan a lot of this out the day before — all of this is super-shady, and yet, this is Big Brother. This is an absolutely shady game!

Ultimately, there is a reason why Morgan is considering this. Keanu has claimed that if she does this, Lauren will be put on the block as a replacement nominee. However, we still think that he plans on doing Ashley — and if this happens, there is a good chance that the Judges overall fall apart. Morgan would basically be burned, and Vince would have to vote her out, unless he then tries to claim that Keanu went rogue. From there, they have to hope that Mickey loses the Blockbuster and then maybe she goes out.

Keanu & Vince Try To Pull A Veto Trick

Talking with Vince, Keanu pitched that they would convince/trick Morgan to use the Veto on Vince instead of herself. Keanu would lure Morgan into his trap by promising Lauren as the renom for the spot Vince leaves behind on the Block. The idea there being then everyone could vote out Lauren and dodge having to deal with her in Jury. But instead, Keanu’s real plan would be to renom Ashley.

Keanu was always going to renom Ashley. He was never going to put Lauren on the Block. Keanu has practically no real allies but he does have a few HGs that he’s closer with than others and Lauren falls into that band of misfits like Keanu so he wants to keep her over Ashley who has a network of allies and support. It makes sense for Keanu. What doesn’t make sense is the idea that Morgan would use the Veto on anyone but herself, but all the same that was going to be the pitch.

Keanu brings Morgan upstairs on Sunday evening then tries and tries to lead her to the idea of using it on Vince so she is the one proposing it. Eventually they get to the idea and Morgan laughs out loud at the idea. Keanu pushes on though and says if Morgan saves herself then he’ll renom Ashley, but if she saves Vince then Keanu will treat it as some sort of ally swap or some nonsense like that.

Morgan goes back downstairs and tells Vince that she is not going to do this, but here’s what Keanu was pitching… Now what we know is that Vince already knew the plan and this next phase was for him to try and convince her to do it despite it being a terrible idea. Yes, Vince was straight up lying to Morgan’s face and pretending to not doubt Keanu’s promise to renom Lauren even though he knew it was a trick against Morgan. Who needs enemies when you’ve got an ally like Vince!

Later that night Keanu admits to Vince that their plan isn’t going to work but Vince says he’s going to give it one last try overnight. And he does, but Morgan isn’t falling into this. She did admit later that she came very close to going for it, thinking she had the votes to stay whether she won the Block Buster or not, but Keanu’s reluctance to renom Lauren in all situations was the red flag she needed.

Can you imagine if this plan had worked and then Morgan discovered that Vince knew about it? Keanu eventually would have ratted Vince out and since Lauren knew about it too she could have made the reveal as well. Just bad stuff all around unless Vince was prepared to cut all ties with Morgan should she survive when she’s one of the few people really trying to help him in the game. Vince truly is a weasel player.
