Big Brother 27 houseguest Rylie Jeffries has been at the centre of controversy this season, with fans calling for his removal over what they described as controlling behaviour toward fellow contestant and love interest Katherine Woodman.
Now, his mother, Michelle Jeffries, is speaking up in his defence and insists that the criticism of her son is unfair and exaggerated, pointing out the unique environment inside the house.
“They’re stuck in there with no TVs and radios, no phones. They’re getting to know each other in a personal way we don’t fully understand,” she explained. “He is not some obsessive stalker-type person like people are saying. He’s got a great heart and wears it on his sleeve.”

Michelle described Rylie as a small-town guy who loves deeply and wholeheartedly, and said it would be difficult to find anyone with something negative to say about him.
She also expressed interest in meeting Katherine one day, calling her “a really great girl,” and added: “If Rylie is happy, we’re happy. That’s all that matters to me.”
Speaking of lawyers and lawsuits, guess who’s supposedly threatening to sue CBS? Rodeo clown Rylie may be plotting to sue the network for $15 million, according to online chatter. The allegations say he wants to sue because the show “ruined his life” by “feeding him to the wolves” and “editing him to look like a creep.”
His mom has been flinging around defamation talk and saying there will be a lawsuit, so it’s plausible he’s considering it. But that big contract he signed would probably prevent any lawsuit. Plus, CBS actually gave Rylie a sweetheart edit – it was his own words and deeds on the unedited live feeds that have people hating him.
