A Big Brother 27 houseguest has been doing too much too soon in the game, and it could backfire on them if they aren’t more cautious. Big Brother 27 began with 16 new houseguests entering Hotel Mystère and competing for $750,000 prize. In addition, Big Brother 13 winner Rachel Reilly joined the game, but she wasn’t the 17th houseguest.
Rather, Amy Bingham was challenged with being the Big Brother 27 Mastermind’s Accomplice and keeping her identity a secret. Because she went undetected and the other houseguests incorrectly thought that the Accomplice was Rylie Jeffries or Zae Frederich, Amy joined the game as the 17th houseguest, and her secret was never revealed to her fellow contestants.
In addition, Vince Panaro won the first Head of Household (HOH) competition and nominated Amy, Zae, and Ashley Hollis for eviction. Also, Zach Cornell won a $10,000 prize for finding host Julie Chen Moonves when the Mastermind kidnapped her, and he can use it to save himself from the chopping block before the Jury by giving it to the HOH.
Although many houseguests have already made some big moves, Jimmy Heagerty has been making the classic Big Brother mistake of doing too much too soon. He should tone down his gameplay before it comes back to bite him.
Big Brother 27 Houseguest Jimmy Heagerty Let The Power Go To His Head
During the Big Brother 27 premiere, Jimmy won a competition in which he had to locate an HOH relic. After he won, he was informed that only four houseguests would be playing in the first HOH competition, and it was up to him to decide who they’d be. Jimmy chose himself, Vince, Ashley, and Adrian Rocha, and Vince ended up winning.
After this occurred, Jimmy seemed to let the power go to his head because he seemed to view himself as some sort of mastermind of the game now. He even stated in his confessional that Vince wouldn’t be the HOH if he hadn’t chosen him, so he felt that he had his ear and could influence his nominations.
Jimmy seems to believe that he set Big Brother 27 week 1 in motion, which he technically did, but he shouldn’t be taking credit for any moves that came after Vince won the HOH competition or thinking that he could manipulate the nominations. Jimmy should take a step back before he makes himself a target.
Jimmy Is Forming Too Many Alliances Too Quickly
Like others before him, Jimmy is making the classic Big Brother mistake of making too many alliances too soon. He jumped headfirst into allying with Morgan Pope and Mickey Lee, calling it Triple Threat. He said in his confessional that he wanted it to serve as the foundation for other alliances.
In addition, Jimmy told Vince that he wanted to work with him. He also pushed for him to break up the potential all-guys alliance, made up of Zae, Keanu Soto, Zach, and Rylie, who could go after Jimmy if they ever found out that he was the mastermind behind trying to break them up. Jimmy is trusting too many people too quickly when he barely knows them and what they’re capable of.
Jimmy Wants To Target Big Brother Legend Rachel Reilly
During Big Brother 27 episode 2, the houseguests were informed that, because Rachel was a late addition to Hotel Mystère, there was no room for her, so she’d have to be a Have-Not and sleep in the Have-Not Room. However, to make up for this inconvenience, she’d also be safe for the week.
In his confession, Jimmy expressed his frustration with this development because Rachel couldn’t be nominated for eviction. While many of the other houseguests were fawning all over Rachel, he felt that they were being foolish because she poses such a huge threat in the game. In addition, he was annoyed that she’d already won Big Brother. Jimmy said in his confessional that he’d been gunning for Rachel in week 2.
Jimmy thought that everyone should be targeting Rachel, and he decided to test the waters to see if others agreed with him. However, when Jimmy asked Morgan and Mickey about Rachel, Morgan told him that he thought that she could be helpful to them because she’s won the game before and could offer advice. She also gushed that Rachel was part of the Big Brother Mount Rushmore.
