The Big Brother 27 Power of Veto competition has been played after Head of Household (HOH) Vince Panaro nominated Ashley Hollis, Amy Bingham, and Zae Frederich for eviction. As the first Big Brother 27 HOH, Vince was faced with a tough decision, but after Showergate, when Ashley took a two-hour-long shower in Vince’s HOH room, many of the houseguests turned on her.
Vince also decided to nominate Amy, who seemed to be aligning herself with Ashley. In addition, he nominated Zae because he seemed to be part of a guys’ alliance that was forming, and some people didn’t trust him and thought that he was the Big Brother 27 Mastermind’s Accomplice (it was Amy). Vince’s targets were either Ashley or Zae, with Amy as a pawn.
The Big Brother 27 live feeds have revealed that Ashley won the Power of Veto. She’ll save herself at the Power of Veto ceremony, which means that Vince will have to name a fourth nominee. He’s leaning toward putting up his final two allies, Kelley Jorgensen, who’d originally volunteered to go on the chopping block as a pawn for him. Vince also mentioned possibly nominating Adrian Rocha for eviction.
Week 1 POV: Ashley
Ashley’s Power of Veto win means that Vince is going to have to choose a fourth person to put on the chopping block. His options are becoming increasingly limited, considering that the Have-Nots–Rachel Reilly, Will Williamson, Zach Cornell, and Ava Pearl–are safe for the week.

By nominating one of his allies for eviction, Vince will not only avoid getting more blood on his hands, but he and Kelley can hide their alliance, as she mentioned when she volunteered to go on the chopping block before he named his original nominees. In addition, Kelley has a chance to save herself in the BB Blockbuster competition, so there’s a good chance that she might not even be on the chopping block in the end.
Ashley proved herself to be a formidable Big Brother 27 competitor by winning the Power of Veto competition when she needed to. This means that Vince could be in danger next week when he can’t play for HOH, especially because he broke his agreement not to nominate Ashley. The four HOH competitors, including Vince, Ashley, Adrian, and Jimmy Heagerty, had previously agreed to keep each other safe.
